The causes of valve internal leakage include the following:
The reasons for valve internal leakage are as follows:
1. Poor grinding of sealing surface
2. The sealing ring is not tightly matched with the valve seat and disc
3. The connection between the valve disc and the valve stem is not secure
4. The valve stem is bent and twisted, causing the upper and lower closing parts to not be in place
5. Closing too quickly, poor contact with the sealing surface, or already damaged
6. Improper material selection, unable to withstand medium corrosion
7. Use globe and gate valves for adjustment, and the sealing surface cannot withstand the impact of high-speed flowing media
8. Some media gradually cool down after the valve is closed, causing fine cracks on the sealing surface and also causing erosion
9. Some sealing rings are connected with threads between the valve seat and disc, which can easily cause oxygen concentration difference batteries and corrosion looseness
10. Due to impurities such as welding slag, rust, dust, etc. being embedded, or mechanical parts falling off and blocking the valve core in the production system, the valve cannot be closed tightly
